Ava, the Italian Chef
Wow, she was great. Eggplant parmesan with ricotta custard and fig, arugula, gorgonzola salad with a lemon vinaigrette. Plus, spaghetti in arrabiata sauce. Amazing! All through Pinterest, her new but valid obsession.
Must get on it too.
Tip: Whenever cooking with brinjal/eggplant always sprinkle some salt on them and let them stay for a while so they "sweat" out their inherent bitterness.
