Funky dinner

In our household this is what's referred to as a 'funky dinner'. A funky dinner is basically something that's thrown together from store cupboard ingredients and what ever veg is kicking about.

The dish in the blip is a classic - pasta with grilled vegetables, lots of olive oil chunky sea salt and black pepper. Funky but very nice.

Edit: it's also clearly an emergency blip...
