Andys Turn

It was Andys turn to run in a half marathon today and my turn to support. It was a great day and well supported. He did really well. The first one in ran it it 1.09.00. Rediculously fast. He didn't even look that tired at the end.
I had a few friends running today as it was local. Everyone was brilliant.
A band played before the runners started. A bit of a tradition. It makes for a great atmosphere. Pic in extra photo.
I coached on a tri course before the half marathon. It's a beginners course. I really enjoyed it. I hope I made a difference to some of them.
This afternoon it's been chill out time. More food. I think the scales will say ouch tomorrow!
