Calm Before The Storm

This morning I took the swim session rather than swam in it. It's nice to give a bit back sometimes. I did it because our coach is with a group from our club on a training camp in Cyprus. I would love to have gone but I'm training for the channel in Scotland next week. I can't do it all.
I did enjoy coaching but I did miss doing my swim.
Cannot believe what I'm watching re the London terrorist attack. So sad. I'll never understand why.
