Not so busy bee at the rodeo show

A quick trip up to the village hall with some books and other items for the Scouts jumble sale, which couldn't have come at a better time, then home to put a few things together for a family lunch.

I managed to catch the beginning of the Scotland match and the end of the Wales game.  England next.

This bee was wandering around on the patio this morning and clearly in distress, so I invited it onto my hand and deposited it amongst the hyacinths.
