Sunrise....

....through fog.  When I woke I could see the fog, dragged myself up and got the camera ready for when the sun appeared - tried three lens;  the wide angle, 70-200 and 50mm.  I think I used the 70-200 for this one. Quite a phenomenon (of the weather kind).  Another in my homescape series.

Received an email last night informing me of some success in the Photographic Society of NZ International Salon.  So unexpected but equally exciting.  8000 entries from all parts of the world - Images here....if you want to view.  A FIAP Silver Medal is the one that really blew me away, as they only award three Gold Medals then two Silver Medals, Bronze follows etc.  Will I go to Auckland Convention to receive my Medal?

Did some gardening, then settled into my Blurb book creating - now up to freespiral country.  Then a visitor later in the afternoon sharing some good news.

A good day.
