Rock & Hop Event

This is a three day event with around 500 cars and many folk dressed in the rockabilly attire.  Today was a fund raiser for our local Hospice.....they will have made heaps of money, such a worthy cause.
The cars were incredible and I did take some car photos, but really concentrated on the people and what they were wearing.
My blip is the Peoples Choice in the Wearable Parts competition, apparently all the number plates were extremely heavy.....my extra is the winner of the Best Dressed competition, the men, women and tiny's went all out in the rock & roll outfits.

Many stalls, food outlets, fabulous band playing great music from the era and rock & rollers having a workout - so much to see and enjoy.  The weather was a little inclement but good for photography.
