Bathing Pelicans...Part Two

On the first drive-by...no bathers. But, on the second...3 bathing pelicans and a bathing cormorant.

To me, there is just something special about this activity. I could watch it all day. And, after the wing beat-down...they have to rise up like a duck, and shake their wings. So much fun.

This is the last day of our cooler weather. While I refused to put on long pants, I did wear a long sleeve shirt, AND a sweatshirt.

P.S. I chose this shot because I liked just the hint of the eye. My second choice would have been one of the straight on shots.
