You could have at least brought some seeds....

Went for a walk on the Binghamton University Nature Preserve today. It is in the 20's temperature wise but when the wind is blowing it feels a lot colder. I had hoped to see some pine siskins as they have not decided to join us at the bird feeder this year and we found them at BU last year. However it was a chickadee day. This little guy was sitting in a tree with the wind ruffling his feathers. He is all fluffed out to try to stay warm. I suspect he visits the nearby houses to check out their bird feeders as well as forages at the preserve. 
The extra is a bluejay from this AM .
