Purple Patch...

...well almost, there's always one!
Walked into Otley for the second day in a row.
Not the gorgeous Spring day that we enjoyed yesterday but still mild and l can take a grey day as long as it's not everyday.

We went to see Gypsy at the Kings Hall in Ilkley last night and as l didn't have anyone around me l belted out one or two of the numbers that Mama Rose sang, really got my lungs going.

Also reflected on how fine the line is between amateur and professional productions, the lead in last night's show was as good as l've seen on the West End of London.

Took quite a few photographs on the way and in the market square as the stalls were quite colourful.

Caught the bus home, it stops at the park at the end of my street.
Saw these lovely little beauties and a host of yellow ones next to them.
I could have got my blip without having to walk a hundred yards but then l wouldn't have got my exercise!

Thanks to Biker Bear and hobbs for hosting Flower Friday and Colour Month Challenge respectively.
