Isn't she grand?

As you can probably guess, this is my granddaughter, when she was about seven years old. This photograph of her, is on our dining room wall, and was taken by a professional  photographer. She has gone back today, to do three day's  work experience, at the comprehensive she used to attend. She will be in a class, with her former Welsh teacher, and it will be part of her degree  in Welsh Literature. I am waiting for her to phone me, with all of today's news. 
My extra today is the recipe, as promised, of the Samosa pie J made yesterday. If you like samosas you must make it. It really didn't disappoint. We had a small piece left, which we had for our lunch, and it was  just as good today, as it was yesterday.
