Going nuts.

We bought a new roller blind for our kitchen window a few days ago, so this morning we  fitted it. I was the apprentice, or maybe that should be the goffer.  After cleaning the window, the complicated stuff had to be done. The blind had to be cut to size, as it wasn't made to measure. J laid it out on the dining room table, and after measuring it, very carefully, he pencilled  a line down the one side. so far, so good. He then said to me, in a very stern voice,  yes really  you can cut it. I protested rather a lot, but he said, no, you can do it. So I did, and it was very stressful, but, and it's a big but, we completed the task, and there wasn't a cross word. Honestly, there wasn't:-) It's all fitted, and it looks really good.   After lunch, we went for a drive to Park Slip. We haven't been there for ages, and I was glad to see a Great Tit on  one of  the feeders. That could have been me, if I hadn't cut that blind straight:-)
