Jack of All Trades

I was on the early shift at work again today, so was finished for 2pm. I went straight home to let the boys out, and then headed back into town as I had an appointment to have my nails done.

The salon is in Kemp Town, next door to this florist, but what caught my eye was the advertising on the side of the building, it's great!

I chose a purple colour for my nails which came with a slightly different technique that I've not seen before - a black undercoat and then a cerise pink powder that was applied with what looked like an eye shadow brush. As the powder is brushed on, it changes colour and turns to a metallic finish. It's very clever and looks good, just hope it lasts as long as the normal shellac.

There's not much else to report today, I'm tired tonight after my early start, so just chilling and will have an early night - I think I need a holiday!
