Abstract Thursday - Carnival

I had great fun creating the carnival atmosphere in this image using shots of IR colours created by lighting the rear of a CD with multi-faceted LED lights. I think I ended up with about a dozen layers in the final image but I felt I had to cheat a little bit in the end by blending in an image  of a carnival showgirl from the internet to to give the array of gaudy colours a proper context.
