Warm

I was kindly allowed to use this man cave to do my work today. I'd been unwell yesterday and so decided to skip Sunday lunch out at a local pub (mr h went with his folks) so I could catch up with work. I think I did about 10 hours of work which equates to 4 or 5 mostly written reports. I'll need to spend another hour or so on each yet though.

Up at 3am (Mon morning) in really bad pain have taken a codeine but it's only dulled things a little so I'm sleeping on the sofa in the hope that the position helps and also that I cut down on my moaning and groaning as everyone else is trying to get shut eye. I'll have to go back to the docs again. The tingling pins and needles sensation is becoming more frequent in my hands now.
