Town

Went to town this morning and bought a few delights in the charity shops.

Went to supermarket and carried 3 bags worth of shopping which in hindsight was stupid as I've possibly hurt myself a bit ( I won't be doing that again)

Nice meal this evening all local produce and cooked by other people for me but I'm in lots of pain despite taking my painkillers and I've retired to a rather messy bedroom at about 9:30pm. I'm thinking if I may have a slipped disc in my neck as I have all the symptoms but two GPS have seen me and one didn't examine my neck and the other only examined it briefly as I went in about a painful arm. I'm getting a bit naffed off about it as I'm in pain nearly all the time and it's been over a month since the issues started. I am not sure what to do other than maybe pay privately for a scan which could cost a lot just to put my mind at rest.
