Half term

In Gloucester for much of the day

Met a tutor from Cardiff Uni for a meeting

MrH is on leave but due back to work soon

Yoga was fab tonight as was the night sky . ate cheese and then weighed myself which was a huge mistake- I’m the heaviest I’ve been for years.
