Ripeness is all: real tomato soup

The formula for a raw soup is quite simple:
liquid - in this case, coconut water, lemon juice & tomotoes themselves
salt - in this case, celery
fat - in this case, avocado and a drizzle of pumpkin oil
heat - in this case, a little pepper
texture and eye candy - in this sweetcorn

I find tomatoes can be quite acidic so I also added a date to offset it. Voila
