Stirling Castle

I thought I'd give you a different view of Stirling and the river today. Here's the castle, looking forbidding up on its rock. There were a few rowers out on the river too and I was lucky to get one making his way back to the boating club.

I've include a couple of extras today. There were beautiful goldfinches on the bird feeder but my pictures were taken through the kitchen window so they're a bit blurry. I was so pleased to see these colourful birds on another very grey day.
