Bright, frosty morning

Saturday 26th Nov 2016 (1554)

A foggy start to the day but it had lifted before I managed to get out for a photo. The frost still made a good subject and easy blip. I've decided to post early as it is a rather full day. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to wake up properly today.

Yesterday's update
I went to Liverpool last night. I was rather surprised/shocked when I saw the venue for the play. I couldn't park and I wasn't too happy walking the streets on my own there. I drove round the block twice and couldn't find a space so I nearly gave up and went home, I was getting quite nervous. Once more round the block and a space had opened near by so I decided to give it a try. The venue wasn't what I was expecting and it was also freezing cold.

However, I stayed and I'm glad I did! What a fantastic show! It was different to what I normal go to see. It was "alternative", fabulous acting, clever set, intriguing, powerful, compelling, perhaps a little bit scary as it was too close for comfort (although written 20 years ago), thought-provoking. The adverts had said "side-splittingly funny" . I'm not sure how anyone could call it that, although there was some comedy acting/timing, it was quite a shocking story. Brilliant performance all round. I "enjoyed" it but also felt drained at the end. Well worth going to see.
