Pukeko Flossing

This is an accidental blip, meaning I accidentally clicked on the wrong pic when adding the new entry. (I hope this wooliness goes and is not a permanent fixture!)  Not that I had anything much better to blip - just a small group of average shots so I dont suppose it matters. I couldn't be bothered re-doing it.

Blip mate drove me to the Sanctuary ponds this morning - it was so good to be out and about in the sun. Had to have a wee zizzzz when I got home though.

This pukeko was pulling up strands of grass and running it through his beak. It reminded me of someone flossing their teeth.
