Day 16: Land's End

Today was a big day. An important day. A milestone, you might say. Because today, was laundry day. What is so impressive about that you may ask. Well, alot, when it is raining, and you have to do all your laundry at a campsite, hang it around the inside of the van, and then try to get dressed and have breakfast amongst it. Turns out that Saturday is laundry day for a lot of people as I queued at 8am this morning to use the washing machine! Fun times. Walked to Land's End in the afternoon. A quintessentially British tourist attraction - tacky amusements, cheap souvenirs , a diet of 99s and unpalatable coffee, but overall saved by that unknown quanity that makes it all entertaining rather than well, just a load of tat.
