Day 17 - St Michael's Mount

Packed up the van and headed to the "legendary island of St Michael's Mount." Didn't realise that they were playing a game of "How many people can you fit onto the island?" It's similar to where you try to cram as many people as possible into a Mini Cooper (the current Guinness World Record: 21) - except no-one knew they were taking part. My favourite bit was cramming into the castle surrounded by children who were crying because of the heat. That said, it was a nice afternoon (once away from the crowd) sitting in the sun watching people get stranded on the Causeway because they set off too late after the tide was coming in. Natural selection at work again.
