Healthy?

Not really!!!
 
Although it was raining when we got up, we still went to Bishop’s Stortford as it is the only day this week that we are able to go; three hospital appointments to be fitted in this week as well as everything else.

We had brunch in Café Thyme and I had a jacket potato with garlic mushrooms and cheese with salad, followed by a caramel slice (see extra); all gluten-free. We then purchased the items we wanted before having more coffee in Waterstone’s café before returning home. The rain stopped, but it was quite cold. Today’s picture is of my jacket potato with my husbands’ full English breakfast in the background.
