Western Reef Heron(Egretta gularis)

A Western Reef Heron making sure everyone knows he's King of the rock. Although he was smaller than alot of the Gulls he went around behind them and gave them all a jab with his beak! It was most amusing, the Gulls incredibly, didn't seem too upset by this treatment! I wonder if they are actually used to it. Once he had performed this act he went and stood majestically on his rock. Very odd behaviour!
