Autumn?

Lots and lots of dewdropped spiderwebs this morning. School crowded with parents and pupils, but finally they went back. So I was suddenly quite lonely in office but managed to get some work done that I can only do when nobody else is about.
It's nice to catch up with the other parents and friends although my answer to the question "how was your holiday?" Is never what they expect. 'we flew out to Switzerland with s having a virus that gave her a temperature for five days, then a got it at the same time my father was really, really unwell with complications from his first op, then as we were all better b got gastroenteritis and was laid low for another week. Oh and when back a had impetigo' so really I could do with another holiday immediately. There are two concerts coming up at the usher hall next Monday and Wednesday so that should help my mental well-being.
