The Dog....

that shortly before this picture was taken, fell out of bed... ;-) 

It was decided that yesterday should be Little B's birthday, so he is now "officially" five! 

A bright and sunny day today. I didn't realise how cold it was until I decided to cut back the last of the overgrown lavender, in just a t-shirt. I abandoned it quickly, and had a nice blue-ish tinge to my lips when I came in! 

Gym tonight, and worked mostly on beam, as it was a bit quiet and my shoulders are really sore.
