Late blooms....

The sun has been wonderful today and the colours of Autumn were especially golden. These late flowering plants provided a little of summer's bright and colourful cheerfulness in Coombe Gardens though this afternoon when my sister and I visited and went for a walk. Perfect for BCAM!

And wonderful to receive a late invitation to dinner just as I was thinking I ought to prepare something for myself! I accepted and the meal and company were excellent.

And D called from Jordan and has had a very good first day and is enjoying a warm 27degs this evening....my heating is on here at home now....
