DS53 little boat

There was some drama in the village in the early hours of the morning as one of the pubs went up in flames.  As far as I know no one was hurt but the roof has gone and it looks a real mess. 
I decided to go for a walk over the garrison and towards Southend along the seafront. They were taking the boats out of the water by tractor, see extra. Took quite a few photos and the weather improved, nice and sunny.  Called into the supermarket, came home had dinner and then made some cheese scones and blueberry and lemon cake.
