Capestang Wine Tasting

Off again, this time to Manchester for a flight to Beziers, South of France. My brother and sister-in-law picked me up and on the way back we stopped at Capestang for some wine tasting.

This chap was happy to open up for us and lined up the bottles. We worked our way from left to right through all of these. It was interesting to hear about the different grapes. He also showed us some oyster fossils from the area which have made the soil rich.

We are having a family gathering at my sister's this weekend. My other brother and sister-in-law, niece and gt-niece were already there. We are planning a big family party for next year when eight of us hit a "0"!
