Condensation . . .

Our son rents a sweet house built in the 1930's.  It has lots of attractive original features.  What it lacks is insulation.  I know he didn't have to rent it and could have kept looking for a more modern dwelling.  This is the first time I have stayed there and to say it was cold was an understatement.  It is in Wadestown and on a fine day he can walk down hill to his work.  We are always amazed at the steep driveways and the slopes that Wellington houses are built on.  When he looks to buy a house he said insulation would be top of the list of requirements.
