A Curtain Of Kowhai

My local supermarket is off a short side street.  The street was planted with kowhai as the street trees on the verges outside peoples houses.  This one is the biggest.  It is a delight to walk through the car park and hear birds singing and see them hanging off the branches drinking the nectar.  There were Tui in the tree this afternoon but too high for my lens.  
Now I am up to date with my back blips I will be able to catch up with you all.  I decided to be off the computer while I was visiting my son and be fully in the moment as they say :-)
