Lively Mice

A doggy day today. Including some scentwork in the afternoon. Breagh loves to throw and catch the mouse for herself once she has found it. (no real mice were harmed) Got quite a few comical photos of her playing with them. I gave Pip a sheepdog training session and did some more work with Dris's target. Hoping to have more mentally tired dogs tonight.

In the morning I went through our dog collars checking the ids and that the split rings weren't too rusty and replacing where needed. I also made and replaced, Shaw, Breagh and Pips collars as they had all lost the ring for attaching the lead to due to wear and tear. We make our own collars out of sailing rope using a double knot system that allows them to slip when/if they become caught on anything. They last forever it seems, well Pips is her original from when she was a pup so thats 4 years wear and tear.
