Tree stump Ben
This is the lovely Ben who is here for some board and train until next week. This morning husband and I dug out the sheep troughs and set them up in the field with the sale sheep. We will spend the next few days teaching them how to feed. Some folk insist that the only way to do this is to starve the sheep in a shed so they choose to eat the feed. Husband and I prefer to put the troughs near a fence (so we can hold them over the troughs easier) and make sure there are a few sheep in with the ones learning to feed that already eat the food. In this case the pet lambs are there so that's easy. Then we quietly bring them up to the troughs and hold them there. Today 50% already tucked into the feed so a few more days and they will all be eating. Then a few more and they wont need to be round up they will either come to a shout and rustle of bag or already be waiting.
After that husband and I tried to do some office work but husband couldn't get into his software and I couldn't get the printer to work. This being because there is no driver for the new windows 10 for our 11 year old printer. So finally we bit the bullet and spent some time shopping for a new one. Hoping it will last as long as our old one but only time will tell! Not the most successful day in the office!!
14c overcast and grey all day.
