Loch Buie
taken from the side of Ben Buie. First big gather after being unwell. Certainly lost a lot of fitness and strength but I did manage it. The dogs and I had to work very hard, especially Breagh as we had a over 50 sheep in wee flocks all down our side and since we were short on gatherers I had to cover this whole side on my own. The sheep were very naughty running on and cutting up or down before trying to run back. We eventually managed to get them all round the corner and onto the face of Ben Buie I did loose a few on the way as they are sooo sneaky sometimes and they sit and watch and if the dogs and I go one way they head the other way and with slippy rocks, cliffs and scree its not safe to blindly send a dog through to prevent their escape! Very tired tonight but glad to be back out doing what I love.
