Another pump

When they get a chance in the factory, they do assessments in various areas to see how the pumps are working and invite the village women to come for training or a refresher course in pump maintenance.
We have a unique pump in that it rarely presents any problems, but when it does, the village women are able to fix it.
Is is one of our core values that once a village gets a pump, then it should work every day so we give people a guarantee that if a pump fails, that we will replace it in quick time, after all; the old pump will be almost totally recyclable.
