Misty morning

Day 3 of the Dales High Way, from Skipton to Malham via Hetton. The day started with a cool mist, but soon warmed up to one of the hottest days of the year. Not what we expected for September! This is the view crossing the golf course to the north of Skipton.

There were two climbs: over Sharp Haw and then over Hetton Moor. See my extra photos for the start of each climb. Neither is especially high, but on this hot day we needed all the water we carried; about 2.5L each.
