Blue Crags

Day 4 of the Dales High Way, from Malham to Stainforth via Settle.

The walk started with a climb up beside Malham Cove. The scenery is simply stunning all the way to Settle. From many pictures, I have chosen this one of (I think) Blue Crags taken shortly before descending into Settle. The extra photo is of the steep path out of the Dry Valley above Malham Cove.

The walk from Settle to Stainforth alongside the River Ribble is almost an anticlimax, even though Stainforth Force would be a highlight on another walk.
