Derelict Sunday
Not sure if Derelct Sunday is still going, but this abandoned house on the road to Pythagorion seemed to fit the bill. It sits amongst much older ruins from the time of Pythagoras itself which also line the road.
We continue to be very lazy: a late morning stroll for lunch by the harbour and again in the evening for a dinner, consisting of a meze of Greek cuisine- moussaka, giouvetsi, meatballs, chicken in two types of sauce, an eggplant dish and stuffed tomatoes.
Almost finished reading Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout: wonderfully written and both themes and setting (this time last year we were visiting Maine) resonate. Highly recommended.
Many thanks for recent comments and stars; apologies for lack of comments on my behalf
