Still enjoying the Olympics and have just watched the men's 200m race... brilliant. Also good to see a few more medals for Team GB today.

Last day at work tomorrow and then I have a week off work, I can't wait. If anyone asked how I am I always say I'm ok, no matter what's going on or how I feel. A few friends have had a go at me about this this year, but I'm not going to change now. I have to admit though I need this break just to recharge and get away from things for a while.
