Lunch................

…………….Time


It was literally midday when I visited this location near the wharf at Motueka, NZ  - so lunchtime for me and I suspect the bird on the rock was keeping a close eye on the outgoing tide for his lunch too.

Rather a grey day with intermittent showery weather today. A huge change to the warm sunny day we enjoyed yesterday.


Thank you so much for your comments, stars and hearts for the flowering gorse. I suspect several of my early settler ancestors brought seeds of this plant with them when they set sail for a new life in a new land in the eighteen hundreds. Little did they realise this plant would flourish in this milder climate and prove a problem for future generations.
