Bridge-End Sunset

There was glimpses of sunshine this morning, but arrived to Lerwick and misty most of the way.  It slowly lifted, with sunshine briefly in the late afternoon, and a sunny evening.

Due to staff illness, I've been on the museum desk all day, instead of the office.  I was in early for an event, that's been on all day and on again tomorrow.  We also had a work experience student helping out on the desk too.  After tea, I nipped to Cunningsburgh to mam's, and ran my niece home to Burra.  Off to work in the pub again tonight.

The sunset is getting earlier everyday now and it was setting as I ran Elise home to Burra.  We stopped at various locations to snap some shots, but I liked it best here at Bridge-End, with the old croft houses and the reflections on the sea.  You can also see Foula in the distance.
