Caught between the .....

..... dull clouds appeared!
A had a 10.15am hospital appointment so left early, as I hadn't had any sleep due to pain and not being able to get comfortable, I took this morning with ease, Murphy's Law as you expect when I got up gradually I got some relief then just as I was going out to the hairdressers pain returned!!!
So I limped up the road, then went to see Rosemary, still limping, but she is always happy to see a familiar face. The singer was there engaging all the residents . He sang songs from the shows, asked them to name the show/ film they came from and got those able up to dance. They just loved it, I'm so impressed with Wolfe House.
Now I'm home watching the Paralympics, Basketball, so amazing I'm in Orr of them!

Happy .... if I can get just a little sleep tonight.
