Protective parents with their .....

...... Family!
These cygnets are growing fast but the parents must feel they still need protection!
I was hoping to see the Heron , he must have fled to pastures new!! After calling at K's , my wonderful daughter , to take her some of my tomatoes and have a cuppa, I proceeded to Kelsey Park where I limped around the lake to get a blip. Then I went to M and S in West Wickham . I've been lazy and got a £10.00 meal for Sunday , also I think they are very good value, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!!!
Before I got home , 1.40pm, it started to rain very gently ,needed I feel, so that will mean watering can be with held tonight.
Sleep was a little better last night tho' still uncomfortable . What do they say ------- things can only get better! I hope anyway!

Happy ..... to have managed a short walk.
