Autumn leaves

Back to work today and signs of Autumn in the quarry and I'm not going to complain about either!

Today has been good. It was nice to get in to work early and make some good headway on work and then spend some time praying and planning with Andy. Starting to feel a bit nervous about our new projects starting next week but excited too and mostly just wanting to get them all ready to go.

Tonight I went out for a meal with Fred from Kenya (will try and find him on a back blip at some point) and some others who had been to visit him last summer. Fred did some work in schools with us in March 2014 and it was amazing to hear him remember all the random school names and ask all about them. So nice to get the opportunity to catch up with him. Also got to spend some good time with one of our young people who I don't get to see very often anymore. He's so funny and talked my ear off for a good hour. Lovely evening with lovely company.
