Great Comp

Visited Great Comp Gardens this afternoon in 34C. Far too hot to appreciate these lovely gardens with spectacular hydrangeas and dahlias.
It was cooling to sit by the fountain and watch the fish swimming in the pond in the Italianate Garden.
Was very shocked to hear of the earthquake in Italy and our thoughts are with those who have been so badly affected by this tragedy. .
