A compelling argument

There has been talk of a new sofa. Anna got wind of this and was not happy. So this evening she has jumped, back-bended, splitted, and general frolicked around to demonstrate a)the pointlessness and b)the resulting deprivation of such talk. So it has been temporary shelved.

Today has been mildly more productive than yesterday with some light accounting and a reasonable amount of laundry. Though would probably get a must try harder on any actual unpacking. Some helpful preliminary Birthdover conversations were had on this morning's dog walk. And we had a lovely distraction of some visitors recently arrived back from a trip to NYC.

And now we are learning how much better Victoria Coren Mitchell is at choosing quiz shows to host than her big brother.
