Running Around

Busy day. Took J to the dentist for such a speedy check-up there was not even the special dentist chant. Long dog walk with Anna and Albi before taking the former to hang out with a friend and the latter to sleep on the sofa on her lonesome. J headed out to bouldering and I headed off to start work on a new mentoring programme.

Somehow that involved over 22,000 steps and 18km. Which at least explains why I am so tired.
