Slowly but surely . . .
The tomatoes are finally starting to ripen. The greenhouse is shaded by some large sycamore trees in next door's garden but the plants still manage to do quite well, and we never have to worry about it overheating!
Made my best ever crumble this evening with pink gooseberries, black currants and blackberries all picked in the village. Lots of flaked almonds in the topping too, courtesy of Tescos. A bit tart, and very tasty, especially with lashings of homemade custard!
