2016 Thursday -- Soup Chef

When we leave California's Central Coast for SoCal this coming Tuesday, there are many things I'll miss -- the sand, the surf, the fun, and certainly the soup. Yes, the "Farmers Market Inspired Soups" by Stephanie is right at the top of the list.

Stephanie makes two flavors every week and most weeks we purchase two jars of each flavor. Then four evenings a week we enjoy dee-lish soup, and it is always vegan.

Each week Stephanie sells her soup on Monday, Thursday, and Friday at the Farmers Markets. Almost every week she sells out all of her soup. She is the cover girl for "get your act together and take it on the road." A success story -- definitely!

I have a wonderful kitchen, but cooking is not something that I am attracted to, so purchasing Stephanie's soup gives me time out of the kitchen.
